Name, address, phone, email, and job-related details.

1(b) Service-Related Materials
Photos, videos, door measurements, property access instructions, descriptions of issues.

1(c) Website Activity
IP data, device information, cookies, analytics, and usage patterns.


2. Use of Information

Information is used for:
• Scheduling and communication
• Estimates and billing
• Job documentation
• Fraud prevention
• Safety and legal protection
• Internal record-keeping

No information is sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.


3. Data Protection

AAA applies strict safeguards to protect Customer information.
Although no system is 100% secure, AAA maintains high compliance with Massachusetts privacy standards.


4. Strict Property, Equipment & Conduct Policy

4(a) Absolute Ban on Handling AAA Property
No Customer, guest, family member, child, or any individual present may touch, move, inspect, use, borrow, or interfere with any property belonging to AAA or its technicians, including but not limited to:

• Tools
• Power tools
• Hardware
• Door parts
• Torsion bars
• Springs
• Tracks
• Opener equipment
• Boxes, packaging, or inventory
• Ladders, carts, work platforms
• Phones, tablets, or electronic devices
• Technicians’ personal items (shoes, jackets, bags, wallets, keys, etc.)
• AAA vehicles (interior or exterior)
• Materials staged or prepped for installation

4(b) Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
Any attempt to handle, remove, hide, relocate, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with AAA property is considered a direct violation of this agreement.
AAA may immediately:

• Stop all work
• Leave the property
• Charge full job amount
• Invoice for damages
• Permanently refuse future service
• Seek civil and criminal remedies

4(c) Theft or Attempted Theft
Any theft, attempted theft, possession, concealment, or unauthorized movement of AAA property or technicians’ personal items will result in:

• Immediate police involvement
• Criminal theft report
• Full civil claim for damages
• Replacement cost + downtime loss
• Attorney and court fees
• Permanent blacklisting from any future service

No warnings. No negotiation. No exceptions.

4(d) Damage Liability
If any AAA property—tools, parts, personal items, equipment, or vehicles—is damaged directly or indirectly by anyone on the Customer’s property, the Customer is financially responsible for full replacement and all associated costs.


5. Website Content Ownership & Restrictions

All content on AAA’s website — including text, images, videos, logos, pricing structures, icons, phrases, descriptions, policies, branding, and layout — is the exclusive property of AAA Overhead Door LLC.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Copying
• Saving images or text
• Reposting anywhere
• Republishing
• Screenshotting for commercial use
• Distributing
• Using any content for a competing business
• AI training, scraping, or data extraction

Violations will result in:
• Immediate legal action
• DMCA takedown filings
• Civil damages
• Attorney and court costs

AAA enforces full intellectual property protection under MA and federal law.


6. Information Sharing

AAA may share data only with:
• Payment processors
• Scheduling platforms
• Insurance carriers (if required)
• Law enforcement (when necessary)
• Government agencies (only when legally required)

AAA does not share Customer data with marketers or unrelated parties.


7. Legal Compliance

AAA will release Customer information when required by court order, subpoena, or law enforcement request.


8. Customer Rights

Customers may request access, correction, or removal of personal information where allowed by law.


9. Data Retention

AAA retains necessary Customer records for service history, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and internal documentation.


10. Fraud Policy

Any attempt to falsify issues, tamper with documentation, submit false claims, or file deceptive chargebacks will result in:

• Legal action
• Collection efforts
• Attorney fees
• Court costs
• Possible criminal reporting


11. Site Recording Authorization

Customer agrees that AAA may photograph, video record, or document any service area for:
• Proof of condition
• Safety
• Training
• Fraud prevention
• Legal defense


12. Policy Modifications

AAA may update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
